All original artworks at KATEART are one-of-a-kind handmade pieces. All sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at kateartforyou@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will repair or replace the piece.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
